The ECWA Medical Services is the healthcare ministry of the Evangelical Church Winning All (ECWA). The department has over a century of experience in delivering Christ-centered healthcare across Nigeria. It exists to glorify God by providing quality, affordable, and sustainable healthcare while demonstrating the love and compassion of Christ through medical ministry.

The department coordinates a network of hospitals, health institutions, community health programmes, training schools, and specialized medical facilities. In addition to providing preventive, curative, and rehabilitative healthcare services, it is responsible for training competent, God-fearing healthcare professionals who combine clinical excellence with Christian service. The department also promotes community health outreach, disease prevention, and health education, particularly in underserved and rural communities.
